This site started because we kept buying pet products that looked great online and showed up as disappointing in real life. Flimsy harnesses, beds that flattened in a week, treats that our dogs wouldn’t touch. We got tired of wasting money, and we figured you probably are too.
Every product we review, we have actually used. Not for an afternoon — for weeks, sometimes months. We measure things. We time things. We let our dogs destroy things (unintentionally) and report back on what survived.
We include affiliate links because running a website costs money and this is how we keep the lights on. But we will never recommend something just because it pays a higher commission. If we think a cheaper product is better, we say so. If we think you should skip a category entirely, we tell you that too.
